Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Learning Engineer, located in Kgs. Lyngby in the Greater Copenhagen Area. The Machine Learning Engineer will develop, implement, and refine machine learning models for protein binder design. The role also includes collaborating closely with protein engineers and experimental scientists to translate wet lab results and biologics development objectives into ML design capabilities. Additionally, the ML Engineer should stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in machine learning to keep the company’s tools and methodologies cutting-edge.
What we’re looking for
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Machine learning applied to biological data

Training and developing generative models
-
Building scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure

Protein design: Experience with structural generative protein design models is a strong plus. Familiarity with molecular modelling tools such as Rosetta is also beneficial

A solid understanding of protein biochemistry, including structure, function, and interactions
The more of the above mentioned areas you have experience in, the better.
Minimum requirements for applying:

Strong experience with deep learning model development and training

A basic understanding of proteins
