We believe binder design should be a deliberate discipline, and that investing in the platform and holding to high scientific standards is what turns hard targets into solved ones. That belief shapes how we work: close to the science and close to each other, driven by the problem rather than the pecking order. We argue from data, we tell each other and our partners the truth even when it is inconvenient, and we learn fast from every result the bench gives back. The work is demanding, but designing molecules that may one day reach patients, sharpen a diagnosis, or unlock a piece of biology no one could touch before is worth the effort.
